Our prescreening tools are custom made for your business and can be as detailed as necessary to provide the optimal exclusive lead. However, in the event that a non-conforming lead passes our custom built screening, you have several days to review the lead by listening to calls, reviewing text messages and reviewing incoming quote request messages. Should you feel a particular lead is not a legitimate lead, you can simply submit a rejection request to have us review it for quality. Once we review the request we will likely come to same conclusion and at that point the rejection request will be approved. All non-rejected leads are applied to your account on our every Monday billing cycle.
